Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation:

• Email us at info@saffronorigins.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are processed based on the order status at the time of request.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

• Damaged product received.
• Defective product received.
• Incorrect item delivered.

To be eligible:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refund Process

• Once your request is approved, we will initiate the refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

• Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering).
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Minor color variations due to screen display.
• Delays caused by logistics partners beyond our control.

Prepaid Order Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
• In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via:

• Bank transfer.
• UPI.

Customers may be required to share bank or UPI details.

Failed or Cancelled Orders

If your order is cancelled by us or payment fails but the amount is deducted, the refund will be processed automatically within 5–7 business days.

Important Note

Saffron Origins products are crafted with a combination of embroidery and digital printing, and slight variations are a natural outcome of this process.

These are not considered defects but part of the product’s uniqueness.
