Return & Refund Policy

At Saffron Origins, every product is crafted with attention to detail and quality. As a premium apparel brand, we aim to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (please refer to size chart before ordering).
  • Change of mind.
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences.

As a premium made product, each piece is carefully crafted and not mass-return oriented.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
  • Subject to availability of the same product, design, or size.
  • If unavailable, store credit may be provided.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at info@saffronorigins.com
  • Share your Order ID.
  • Share product images clearly showing the issue.

Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Reverse Pickup

In case of approved returns, we may arrange a reverse pickup.

If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be requested to ship the product.

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be reimbursed in valid cases.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Important Note

Saffron Origins products are designed as premium cultural apparel, combining embroidery and digital craftsmanship.

Minor variations are a natural outcome of this process and add to the uniqueness of each piece.
